Seika Agency, a company operated from Japan. For any question about your data, you can write to us at hola@seika-agency.com.

Data you provide voluntarily: when you contact us via WhatsApp, email, or through our assistant Sumi, we may receive your name, your business name, your phone number, your email, and the content of the messages you send us.

Booking data: if you schedule a call, we store the date, the time, and the contact details you provide to confirm it.

Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider logs basic connection data (IP address, browser type) for security and for the site to function.

We use your data solely to respond to your inquiries, provide the service you request, schedule calls, and improve the site. We do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it.

We work with providers that process data on our behalf so we can deliver the service: OpenAI (processes the messages you write to our AI assistants to generate the replies), Cal.com (manages call scheduling), and our web hosting provider. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp/Meta's policies.

We do not share your data with anyone else, except where legally required.

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry or provide the service, and afterwards for the period required by law. Your conversation with Sumi is stored only in your own browser and is deleted when you reset it.

You may request at any time to access, correct, or delete your data, as well as object to its processing. Write to us at hola@seika-agency.com and we will handle it.

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your language and your conversation with the assistant while you browse. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or in regulations. We will always publish the current version on this page, with its update date.
